Looking for Basketball backboards?

Since we, at American Athletix, are Spalding Gym Pros and can provide basketball backboards for just about any brand including, Draper, Bison, and Gared, it is no surprise that part of our basketball backboard program includes sparkling new 42″ glass backboards with breakaway goals.  If you have 48″ backboards you might, for the sake of safety, want to consider replacing them. We also can add new safety straps and electric winches in the gym.

National Basketball Association (NBA) backboard dimension requirements have only a slight difference from the regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The basketball backboard must be a flat, transparent board that is 6 feet wide. The NBA allows only one height, 3 1/2 feet. NCAA regulations favor a 3 1/2-foot height, 4 feet is allowed. High school sports rules vary but NCAA rules are generally observed and dimension variations are allowed if they are approved by the local governing body.
